Day 2:

       Gumawa ako ng Game gamit ang macro sa excel. Ginawa ko yung “find the white” na parang snake… So day of submission to, salamat at hindi kasali sa mga hindi nakapasa…

       Gumawa ako ng macro chu chu sa excel. Masaya din pero medyo nahirapan ako… kaya Ko. Fight fight!

Yung feeling ng cramming… binigyan kayo ng 20/10 min para   ihabol pero wala pa pa pala kayong discussion sa ginawa na pinaka impotante panaman.

Gumawa kami ng 3 charts . Medyo madali lang gawin yun pero yung formatting sana mataas J. Peace… wala pang grade eh. 

Solve nanaman?! O Ple...ase

          Akala ko… tapos na ang paghihirap ko sa Math. Pero meron pa pala?! Com Sci Edition este… Excel Edition. Eto nanaman tayo. Sa Math, mga formula kailangang alamin… Pati ba naman sa Com Sci din?

Anyway, ok lang yun… medyo nahirapan kasi first timer, pero nakaraos  din…

          Okay, Okay… kayo nang magaling… 88 lang ang grade ko sa activity. Kahit medyo hindi 90’s ang grade ko, ang importante, may natutunan ako sa period na ito kahit nakaka-nose bleed sa may quadratic equation!

Excel Activity?! Okay... :)

Nasaan si sir? Wala?! Yee… ay, may iniwan palang gawain…

So andito nanaman tayo, gumagawa ng Activity… maedyo nakakabored pag tahimik pero okay lang… isang lingo naming yun ginawa… 3 meetings. Buti nga natapos ko nung 2^nd meeting at nung 3^rd meeting… alam niyo kung anung ginawa ko? Nag-google? Nope! Joke oo… Pero sa ibang computer kasi nagsearch ako ng math jokes… J

Microsoft Excel nanaman…

       Tapos na kami sa Maicrosoft word. At last, Excel naman. Lumelevel up? Yeah,right…

       Kanina, 11/04/13 nagdiscuss si sir ng intro sa excel.. Like paano ipagkasya ang pangalan sa cell by pressing alt+enter, Yung paano yung “1” ilagay ng pare-pareho sa ibat ibang cell at marami pang iba. Nagjoke-joke nanaman ang clase sa lab… siyempre hindi mawawala to! At higit sa lahat… early dismissal pa kami ng 20 min!

What, wait... 11?!

We had our LT after the PowerPoint Thing… I got only 11 out of 25… I was so sad. I promise that next quarter, I’ll promise that I will work hard to have a perfect score in our every LT especially in Com Sci…

Ghosts... my interest????

After Sir Tom was finished discussing the Power Point, the day after… we had an activity in making PowerPoint Presentation and we were required to choose my interest and chosen Ghost as my interest. I would like to present photography but maybe next time… I was glad that I passed the presentation on time… 

POWER.(point)

Sir Tom discussed about the PowerPoint Presentation.  He also gave us a tip in making a PowerPoint. I got nervous because I tried making a PowerPoint just twice or three times. And yet I got nervous when Sir Tom told us that we will have an oral presentation in front of the class… and wait, I think the first thing to do is make sure that I don't let this happen....

Web searching (part 2)

     In this part 2, Sir Tom discussed the thing we need to know in searching  in web/web searching.

Some of it were:

•       Use friendly words
•       Don’t worry about cases
•       Don’t worry in punctuations
•       Search w/ a specific site
• 
  

     In addition, Sir Tom mentioned the 5 questions to ask:   

• Author
• Host Site (is this .com? .org? .edu?)
• Audience (who will gonna look at this?)
• Currency (is this updated?)
• Content

Web searching(part 1)

Sir Tom let us saw a page named “Web searching”. As I saw it, I felt jealous because it was so awesome. As I scrolled it, there were animations. It was so awesome. I want to create one for my personal one.

But most of all, I learned so much things about the topic, “Web searching”.

Domain Name Space

Domain Name Space:

• The very bottom of domain name space is the “Root Domain”
• Secondly was the (.com/.gov/.etc) or “domain names”
• Followed by many subdomains…

DNS

Domain Name System: stores other info as well, such as list of mail or file server

Ex. Kung nag search, tapos “page not found”. DNS is responsible for this.

Protocol

Protocol -  system of digital rules for message exchange within or between       computers.

Protocols that is important not to forget:

Schedule, schedule... what should I do?

     We made our schedules on Monday to Friday... from the morning till the afternoon. All the subjects we had and  the time we are having that subjects... we decorated it and make make them pretty!

Round and round...

           We had an activity about the places I go around the day at the campus. It includes the: girls' dorm, canteen, classroom, library, pavilion or auditorium, canteen and girls' dorm... AGAIN... It form a cycle right? hehehe...

Commands...

              We learned the different commands in a computer. I can create a file and make some commands even not touching the mouse! Its just so COOL!

              I created a file. At first, I felt nervous... but as I practiced it, I can do it with less mistakes.

Moodle account? At last I have you!

            I made a moodle account! Its just so awesome! Its like a facebook account. I really like it. It helps in my study in Pisay by the schedule, news and the lessons we learned in Computer Science and other subjects.

Equations?!

        Its so fun! Even misleading, We tried our best in copying so long equations in a site. Its not easy!                                                                           I learned how to create the fraction, bars, exponents, and many more. It really helped me because it was my first time making it.

COMPUTER vs HUMANS

We watch a video of a jeopardy quiz. Its about a game of two humans and a computer. The game was so intense. Even the computer knows the answer, the two humans can defeat the computer by the humans speed of beating the button.

   I learned that even computer is super genius, still the humans can't match the human speed.
